Spray Guns
In order to ensure maximum efficiency emulsions and spray guns have to be in tune with the demands of the specific application.
High and low-pressure systems for the application of polishing emulsions are important supplements to our product offering.
High-pressure Systems

- High-pressure spray guns "Marathon" (left) and HDP (right)
Operation:
The polishing emulsion is applied directly onto the polishing disc at adjustable, constant volumes of 0.5 - 7.0 cm³ in pulses at high pressure without the supply of atomised air.
Advantages:
- the high pressure of the spray jet prevents loss of emulsion through extraction fans or cross-draughts.
- HDP: adjustable to numerous specific requirements
- Marathon: short downtimes due to quick and easy replacement of gun head.
Low-pressure Systems

- Low-pressure spray gun "CS 20"
Operation:
The polishing emulsion is sprayed directly onto the workpiece without additional atomised air by standard nozzles at adjustable intervals via a time relay.
Advantages:
- emulsion loss reduced by reflection-free direct coverage of workpieces
- cleaner working area, as no atomisation of polishing emulsion
